I think we can all agree that COVID-19 has impacted all of us over the last couple of months and the extent of these challenges have truly been extraordinary. The team here at Harcourts Melbourne City adapted early to what we could see as a big change in our market and focused on supporting our clients while adhering to government guidelines and protecting the health and safety of our staff.

Our biggest restriction has now been lifted and we are now able to conduct public open for inspections and auctions (with social distancing). We understand however that this ease may not suit everyone and with that we will continue to focus our energy into adapting more out-of-the box solutions & assisting our clients with our supportive technology:

Our virtual inspections are just that! It is a way of presenting our properties in a manner that reduces the need for physical interaction, whilst providing a buyer with unprecedented access to explore. With the assistance of Adobesign our team readily electronically sign, manage and distribute contracts and documents on a daily basis. This technology allows our clients to read, approve and authorise from any location on any device!

Client Communication

Client communication is absolutely vital and an international pandemic should not change this. In fact, it is during this time that we’ve revved up the communication and looked at other ways that we can ensure our clients are hearing from us. We’ve added additional links & information to our automatic property responders, created & distributed informative videos, & even updated our phone system allowing our clients to contact our staff directly for more streamlined assistance. Marketing

Through market research, analysis, and understanding our buyer’s needs; we’ve been able to tailor our marketing to target a specific audience & showcase our properties through their search.
