Responsibilities:

  • Prospect on a regular basis in accordance with office policies and procedures
  • Present office property management services (listing presentation) to property owners to obtain new business
  • Go through the signing process of the Management Authority with the Owner & introduce the Property Management team
  • Assist with open homes and leasing processes
  • Network with other real estate professionals and community members to generate leads
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients

Skills:

  • A depth of experience in property management or leasing
  • Confidence and experience to take themselves to the next level in Business Development
  • Results-oriented and capable of working predominately in an independent role
  • Enthusiastic individual who enjoys the challenge of actively seeking and winning business
