A six storey brick building including a basement and ground level retail. Originally a four storey brick warehouse built in 1884. It was refurbished and remodeled in 1912 with the addition of two extra floors to a design by Robert Haddon based on the Viennese Secession Art Nouveau style. Refurbished and subdivided into shops and residential units in 2008.
