Quick and Professional

We had a really great experience with Mikaele Horsnell as our property agent. She was really fast in processing and executing the application and had help from Annalise Zamparo. Communication was effective as she explained everything well in the short chat we had. She was easy to deal with and very professional. She knows her stuff and we’d definitely go back in the future if we require any assistance.

Excellent!

Harcourts Melbourne City was really good. They were professional and helpful from the start. The place was nice and well-looked after. Whenever there was a problem, they fixed it quickly. They always talked to us clearly and got back to us fast. I'd say they're a great choice for managing properties in Melbourne.
