Sefton Apartments: 30-34 La Trobe Street, Melbourne

A four storey rendered brick former hall/gymnasium. Built in 1872 for the Turnverein Society a social group for German speakers. The facade was added around 1880. It was refurbished and converted to residential units in 1998 to a design by David Demsky.
