A complex consisting of residential apartments, an office tower and a retail component.
The residential units are incorporated into the Herald and Weekly Times Building. A five storey concrete building designed by HW & FB Tomkins in the Neo-Classical Beaux Arts style and built by Clements Langford in stages between 1921 and 1928. Refurbished and subdivided into upper level apartments and ground level retail in 2006 to a design by Hassall Architects and built by Bovis Lend Lease.
Of note are the two radio towers installed in 1930.
The office tower known as the Ernst & Young building is a concrete structure of 42 levels. Designed by Denton Corker Marshall and Peddle Thorpe it was built by Bovis Lend Lease in 2005.
