Excelsior: 390 Little Collins Street, Melbourne

A nine storey brick office building built for EL Yencken & Co Pty Ltd in 1939. The architect for the project was Cedric H Ballantyne and the engineer in charge was Clive Steel. The total cost of the project was 30,500 pouns. Refurbished with the addition of the top storey, subdivided and converted to 36 residential apartments and two ground level retail units in 1994.
