The competition opens on 10th January 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST
on 20th April 2025. Winners will be randomly drawn from all correct entries
and announced shortly after the competition ends.

Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Details

1.1 The competition is run by Dionne Wilson Pty Ltd t/a Harcourts Melbourne City ("the Promoter").

1.2 By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 The competition begins on 10th January 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 20th April 2025 ("the Competition Period").

2. How to Enter

2.1 Participants must locate all hidden Harcourts logos within the window graphic and submit their answers via the designated lead capture form.

2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.

2.3 Entries submitted after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

3. Prizes

3.1 Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries submitted during the Competition Period.

3.2 Prizes are as follows:

1 x $500 Digital Mastercard Gift Card

1 x $250 Digital Mastercard Gift Card

1 x $100 Digital Mastercard Gift Card

3.3 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 3.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

3.5 Digital Mastercard Gift Cards will be sent to winners via email.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Winners will be randomly drawn on Monday 21st April 2025, and the decision is final.

4.2 Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 business days of the draw date.

4.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

4.4 The Promoter may publish the names of the winners on its website and social media channels.

5. Privacy and Marketing Consent

5.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their personal details (including name, email, and phone number) to the Promoter.

5.2 Participants consent to the Promoter using their details for future marketing purposes, including promotional emails, newsletters, and updates about Dionne Wilson Pty Ltd t/a Harcourts Melbourne City.

5.3 Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the communications or contacting the Promoter directly.

5.4 The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. General Conditions

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

6.3 Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the competition.

6.4 By entering, participants release the Promoter from any liability arising in connection with the competition or prizes.

6.5 The Promoter's decisions in all matters relating to the competition are final and binding.
