A six storey brick former tobacco manufacturing factory. Designed by Nahum Barnet and built in 1888. Refurbished in 1928 and converted to an accomodation centre for homeless men by the Salvation Army. Refurbished, subdivided and converted to apartments to a design by Nation Fender Katsalidis in 2000.
