Next door is an Edwardian single storey brick former residence now converted to a café. To Victoria Street is a pair of two storey residences named Clontarf and Clonmel. Designed in the Neo-Classical style by Gerald W Vanheers they were built for the dentist Richard Cox Thomas in 1909. He chose Clontarf as his residence.

The properties were consolidated in 1989 and subdivided into residential units in 1995.
