A residential complex of three buildings. The Deco Tower at 336 Russell Street formerly known as the Russell Street Police Headquarters. A thirteen storey building topped with a radio mast. Made of reinforced concrete with brick curtain walls on a sandstone plinth. Designed by Percy Everett of the Public Works Department in a New York Art Deco Moderne style. It was built in stages from 1940-1943. It includes a four storey podium building on the corner of Russell and La Trobe Streets.

The Indigo Loft Building on the corner of Russell and Mackenzie Streets. Formerly known as the Police Offices. A two storey cement rendered building with a slate roof. Designed by the Public Works Department in the Italian Rennaisance style and built by Thomas Corley in 1889.

The Concept Blue Tower at 68 La Trobe Street. A twenty seven storey residential tower built in 2004. The conversion of the older buildings and the design of Concept Blue was by the architect Bruce Henderson. The builder was Multiplex Constructions.
