Starting in administration to help inject energy and momentum into the business, Daniella excelled and quickly progressed into property management when an opportunity arose.

In 2013 the buzz, excitement and challenge of the inner-city saw Daniella choose to move to Melbourne’s CBD to further progress her career. Taking on a role managing a Fully Furnished portfolio in a multiple office network, Daniella was able to progress into managing a small team of upcoming property managers’ whist providing an exceptional service to her clients.

After settling on my purchase through Harcourts, it was apparent the tenant I thought was staying had vacated. The selling agent at Harcourts immediately organised for the letting manager at Harcourts Daniella to inspect the property. Within 2 weeks I had the welcome news Harcourts had found me a fabulous tenant!! This was despite many other properties in the building being vacant for over a month and some for less rent.
