Apartments are a home to more people than you think

I’m still amazed when I encounter buyers who consider apartments to be investments only. It may still surprise some to hear that less than 10% of buyers of Heritage homes are investors, with more and more owners choosing the convince of large apartments as primary residences. And with primary residences come plants, pets, children and so much more. With many buildings having thriving communities all of their own, social, sporting and book clubs are not uncommon. Next time you’re out at an open home ask your agent about the demographic and community of the building you may well be surprised!
