My wife and I had not meet James Edmundson previous to selling this unit although we had used the company before and had been very happy with the company.
James was very easy to talk with as well as answered our questions readily and seemed very knowledgeable regarding the market, although our first expectatations were slightly higher than market expectations reinforced by James, but then tempered by the actual market forces.

Buying a townhouse and then selling an apartment
James was very knowledgeable about the local market and property values despite the market downturn. Our only objection was that a silent auction was held after the initial offers were considered and we felt this was not transparent to all involved. After securing the desired property his advice to delay the public listing of our property because we were to travel overseas, was correct . He obviously has a very large list of clients on his books and his tactics paid off as we were able to settle prior to auction at a price with which we were very happy. To finalise the legalities while overseas was extremely helpful in arranging settlement.
